Gasket description |
Econgraph®F1 is a graphite laminate with one or more thin, flat stainlesssteel 316 insertions. The thickness of thereinforcement is 0.05 mm. Thegraphite foil or sheet is fixed to the insertion(s) by means of a super thinchloride-free adhesive layer. This reinforcement makes for a sturdygasket sheet that is easy to handle
and simple to process into gaskets.

Application field |
Econgraph®F1 is primarily used for smaller gaskets and gaskets with a narrow land-width such as gaskets for tongue and groove flanges (e.g.according to DIN 2691) and male/female flanges. The material finds many
applications in the chemical and petrochemical industries. |

Gasket description |
Econgraph®T1 laminate is reinforced with a single or multiple insertions of tanged 0.10 mm thick 316 stainless steel. No adhesive isrequired to bond the graphite layers as the graphite material is fixed tothe insert by small, sharp teeth, resulting in a sturdy gasket materialwhich is relatively easy to process and handle.

Application field |
Econgraph®T1 is used frequently in flange connections for piping andmachinery. Its wide temperature range and excellent stress retentionmake it extremely suitable for use in steam systems, in the chemical andpetrochemical industries, processing industry, etc. In short, it is anexcellent and versatile gasket material.
